Participant Arrival Time
Checkin starts at 7:00
All participants are asked to come to the parade staging area between 7:00 am and 8:00 am.
Participant Arrival and Checkin
All participants are asked to proceed along Thunderbird Drive from the intersection of Thunderbird and Shadow Mountain. Just beyond this intersection Rotary volunteers will guide you to staging of vehicles and parking for those walking.

When you get to the registration you will be directed as to where to park your vehicles or float. Only those actually participating in the parade should be at the church with their group. Vehicle and float spaces are first come first serve.

Parking
If you are dropping off anyone participating in the parade, you cannot bring your vehicle past the registration area unless the vehicle is in the parade. Parking is available at the Coronado Baptist Church on Thunderbird and Shadow Mt.
Parade Start
The parade will start moving onto the street at 9:00. It is expected to take up to an hour for all entrants to be on the street.

After the parade all participants are requested to help minimize congestion by continuing up Cloudview beyond the High Scool and its parking lots.
